1. 2 units of GNZS594J-SHBJ 4 panel shale shaker with possum belly flow divider, 4 pcs of composite material frame shaker screen are installed on the shale shaker, as the primary separation equipment of the workover drilling rig mud tank system.


2. 1 unit of GNZCQ-270B vacuum degasser, self contained, no need extra jet pump. The vacuum degasser is suitable for various mud recycling system to separate gas from mud, the purpose is to remain the specific gravity and mud viscosity, also to protect the centrifugal pump from damaged from gas cut mud. Under the atmospheric pressure, the mud enters the rotor hollow shaft through the suction pipe and ejected towards the tank wall through the windows around the hollow shaft. Due to collision and the action of the separation wheel, a thin layer of drilling fluid is formed, causing the bubbles immersed in the mud to break and the gas to escape. Through the suction of the vacuum pump and the separation of the gas water separator, the gas is discharged to a safe area through the exhaust pipe, and the mud is discharged from the mud outlet by the centrifugal force generated by the impeller driven by main motor.

The maintenance of the centralized lubrication system of GN vertical cuttings dryer is very easy, the user need to clean the oil tank regularly. If found abnormal, remove the screws at the four corners of the oil tank to separate the oil tank from others, tighten the 4 screws of the upper cover and oil tank. The mud discharged through the screen basket gap contains solid particles, which will damage the screen basket. When the solids layer increased to specific gap, the screen basket need to be replaced, otherwise the drilling cuttings dryness can not meet the technical requirement. Regularly check the wear of screen basket scraper, and adjust the gap between the scraper and the screen basket to keep the gap in a normal range.

GN Vacuum Degasser and Pumps for International Drilling Company

Recently one batch of GN solids control equipments are ready for shipment for international drilling company, including jet mud mixer, vacuum degasser, vacuum pump, decanter centrifuge.


Jet mud mixer is a jet shearing unit combined with mixing hopper, mixing pump, pipeline and accessories, skid on one skid, it can be used to mix drilling fluids for solids control system, liquid mud plant and mud recycling system. We can also provide customized mud mixing unit based on the materials to be mixed.


The sludge vacuum pump is a pneumatic pump which suck the material by 100% air operation without electricity power, then converts to positive pressure for discharging. This pump can be used to transfer material with high gravity and high density, solids content is up to 80%, the transfer solids size maximum 50mm or 75mm, The pump structure is simple and compact, the transfer distance is up to 500 ~1000m. We have 3 models with different flow rate, 2 models are movable, the other one is fixed with skid.


Vacuum degasser is used after primary shale shaker, which can effectively remove the gas from as cut mud, to ensure the proper mud weight. GN vacuum degasser is self contained type vacuum degasser, no need extra jetting pump, also it works as a big agitator to agitating the drilling mud. We have 2 models vacuum degasser for option, one is 270m3/h, the other one is 360m3/h.


Decanter centrifuge, GN solids control can produce 2 phase decanter centrifuge and 3 phase decanter centrifuge, for 2 phase separation decanter centrifuge, we can produce different bowl diameter with different treating capacity, including 9 inch, 14 inch, 18 inch, 22 inch, 30 inch. The most popular model decanter centrifuge is GNLW363D ,GNLW363D-VFD.

One set of oil sludge treatment system ready for delivery to South America

Recently one set of oil sludge treatment system are ready for delivery to South America client. This is a customized 2 phase separation oil sludge treatment system for client’s project.
The technical configuration is as below:
1. The first mud tank work as dilution liquid storage tank and coarse solids separation module with double deck high G drying shaker with spray system and closed cover to prevent oil sludge splashing, the continuous spraying with dilution liquid will reduce the shaker screen blinding by the high viscosity oil sludge. A submersible slurry pump is used to transfer the dilution liquid to high G drying shaker, decanter centrifuge flushing line, decanter centrifuge dilution line.

The electric steam generator provide hot steam to the heating lines around the mud tank to heat the oil sludge
2. The second mud tank acts as a centrifuge separation module with 2 phase decanter centrifuge or 3 phase decanter centrifuge, by using the 2 phase decanter centrifuge, the solids and oil water mixture fluids will be separated, the fluids will drop into the mud tank and transfer to truck wagons by submersible slurry pump, the solids will be sent to disposal, working with proper chemicals, which will increase the treatment efficiency and get better treatment result.


When 3 phase decanter centrifuge is used, the oil, water and solids are separated out, the oil and water will flow to 2 different compartment as oil storage tank and water storage tank, the water can be recycled in the treatment system, the oil can be sent to the user, the solids will be sent to disposal.
3. The vacuum pump will pick up the oil sludge from the waste pit to the screening module with a buffer box to reduce the pressure.
4. Chemical dosing unit and air compressor, electric heater will be prepared by the user.
