22inch big bowl decanter centrifuges unit for Kuwait Oil Sludge Treatment Company

As a manufacturer of decanter centrifuge unit manufacturer in China, GN solids control can design and produce different size decanter centrifuge, including 9 inch centrifuge, 14 inch centrifuge, 18 inch centrifuge, 22 inch big bowl decanter centrifuge, 25 inch centrifuge, 30 inch decanter centrifuge. We have 2 models of 22 inch big bowl decanter centrifuge, GNLW553-VFD and GNLW554-VFD. The bowl diameter is 22 inch (550mm), The bowl length is 71 inch (1800mm) or 91 inch (2310mm). The designed capacity is 500gpm, the typical capacity is 400gpm. The max bowl speed is 3000rpm, the typical bowl speed is 2500rpm, the max G force is 2719G, the typical G force is 1888G. The bowl speed and differential speed can be adjustable by VFD control panel operation.
The oil sludge is a mixture of oil, water, and solid contaminants that can result from oil spills, tank cleaning, or oil production processes. Proper treatment and disposal of oil sludge are critical to mitigate environmental damage and recover valuable resources.


GN oil sludge treatment system working process is as below:
The vacuum pump pick up the oil sludge or contaminated soil from waste pit and discharge to pre-mixing tank, by adding chemicals, heating and agitating in the pre-mixing tank to improve the separation efficiency of the further separation equipments. After screening module, the treated fluids will be feed to big bowl decanter centrifuge to separate to solids and liquids ( oil water mixture), working with chemical dosing unit and heating if need.

Multiple sets of drilling rig mud tank systems have completed installation and commissioning work. The drilling rig mud tank system including shale shaker, desander, desilter/ mud cleaner, vacuum degasser, decanter centrifuge, trailer mounted mud tanks with tank accessories and roof cover, centrifugal pump, mud agitator, mud gun, etc.

As per client’s request, GN engineer will fly to client’s rig site to complete the installation and commissioning work. The installation and commissioning work including:
1. Functionality Check: Ensure that all components of the mud tank systems are functioning correctly. This includes mixing equipment, pumps, shakers, and other related machinery.
2. Safety measures: Verify that all safety measures are in place and that the systems comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.


3. Operational Training: Make sure that the crew is adequately trained to operate the new systems. This includes understanding the controls, troubleshooting common issues, and emergency procedures.
4. Environmental Compliance: Ensure that the mud tank systems are equipped to handle waste management and comply with environmental regulations to prevent any spillage or contamination.
5. Documentation: Complete all necessary documentation, including installation reports, commissioning certificates, and operational manuals. This documentation is crucial for future reference and compliance audits.
6. Maintenance: Establish a regular maintenance schedule to keep the mud tank systems in optimal condition. This will help in preventing unexpected downtime and prolonging the lifespan of the equipment.
7. Performance Monitoring: Implement a system for continuous monitoring of the mud tank systems’ performance. This will help in identifying any inefficiencies or issues early on and allow for timely corrective actions.
