Recently GN solids control finished production of one set of GNTBM-360 Slurry Separation Plant for pipe jacking engineering company. The main equipments including shale shaker, desander, desilter, bottom shaker, desander feeding pump, desilter feeding pump, mud tank, etc.
The technical configuration is as below:
- The system treating capacity is 360m3/h.
- The separation cut point is 20 microns, if the client need 2 microns cut point, decanter centrifuge can be applied.
- The TBM slurry separation plant transportation dimension for land freight is 6058 x 2438x2891mm, total power consumption is 162KW. When the slurry separation plant is under working condition, the dimension is 6058x3004x4922mm.
- The coarse solids separation shaker model is GNZKR-1230, the screen area is 3.6m2;
- the mud cleaner model is GNZY705E-Y3S16N, the bottom shale shaker is a double deck shale shaker, with desander cone 10 inch 3ea, desilter cone 4 inch 16ea, the total treating capacity is 360m3/h. the screen area is 4m3. The vibration strength is max 7.5G ( adjustable), the desander feeding pump is GNSB8X6-14/12J, the desilter feeding pump is GNSB8X6-14/12J.
The compact design with big treating capacity can meet the client’s requirement, the dimension is same as 20ft container size, which can be transported by container trailer.
The working process is that the TBM slurry is feed to the coarse solids separation shaker for pre-treatment, the big solids, stone, sand will be separated out, the fluids drop down to the fluids catching tank. The desander feeding pump feed the slurry from catching tank to desander cone, the fluids flow to intermediate tank and the desilter feeding pump feed the fluids to desilter cone, the clean fluids flows to storage tank. The solids dropped down on the bottom screen for drying and separated out.
Except for 360m3/h slurry separation plant, we also have 240m3/h and 500m3/h for option.
