Recently one batch of drilling cuttings drying shaker for offshore drilling service company, together with mud tank, centrifugal pump and mud agitators. The technical configuration is as below:
1) Two units of high G drying shaker GNZS594F for drilling cuttings treatment, with cover for mud anti-splash and jet spray system.
2) Two units of mud tank with centrifugal pump and mud agitator
3) The whole system is designed and produced as per offshore drilling requirement, with lifting pad for convenient installation, and compact footprint.
4) All the electric motor and control panel are comply with ATEX explosion proof standard, except for ATEX, we also provide option for IEC EX or CNEX.
This is repeat order from the same client, we have designed several customized mud system for their offshore drilling mud treatment system. The main equipments including shale shaker, mud cleaner, decanter centrifuge, centrifugal pump, all of the equipments are installed on the mud tank with lifting frame. GNZS594F-SHBF shale shaker with 4 panel shaker screens has been widely used for offshore drilling mud treatment, the double deck shale shaker GNZS706F-SHBF with 6pcs shaker screens are the most popular model for offshore drilling rig. Depends on the required treating capacity of drilling fluids, the user can select different model shale shaker.
GNZS706F double deck shale shaker is drived by 2 ea 2.3HP vibration motor ( Italy Oli brand or US Martin brand), the max G force is 7.3G which is adjustable, with 6pcs shaker screens, top layers with 3ea of 750x900mm shaker screen, the bottom layer with 3ea of 700x1250mm shaker screen, the shaker deck adjustment angle is -1°~+5°. The vibration mode is linear motion, we can also produce dual motion shale shaker with both linear motion and progressive elliptical motion if required.
