Two Sets GN Container-type Cuttings Dryer Systems for Overseas Client

2 sets of containerized vertical cuttings dryer system are ready for shipment to overseas client. The technical configuration is as below:
1. Vertical cuttings dryer GNCD930G-GP, The rotor flights is hard facing to HRC65 for longer working life, the flights and rotor assembly is individually balanced, which is convenient for future replacement, individual oil lubrication system with automatic alarm for pressure limit.


2. Intermediate fluids collection box 1.5x2x1.2m, the fluids can be transferred to decanter centrifuge for further separation of the fine solids, the final treated fluids can be reused for drilling rig or used to prepare for new drilling fluids. The fluids can be also sent to final disposal treatment by adding chemicals to get pure water and dry solids for final disposal.


3. Screw pump as flushing pump of vertical cuttings dryer, Netzsch brand pump with Germany Brand Nord gearbox, fluids touch parts are made of Wear-resisting alloy material.


4. All of the equipments are installed inside standard container with customized decoration, such as insulation design for working in cold environment, doors and windows, open holes for screw conveyor, lightings, etc. The benefits for the customized containerized cuttings dryer system including: convenient transportation, keep the system warm in winter cold temperature, convenient operation and maintenance.


5. Screw conveyor to collect the discharged solids from the vertical cuttings dryer and transfer the cuttings box automatically, with proper auger support. GN screw conveyor with standard length for each section 12 ft, the client can select proposal sections for different transfer length as 12 ft, 24 ft, 36 ft, 48 ft. GN solids control can produce different size screw conveyor including 10 inch, 12 inch, 14 inch, 16 inch, 18 inch diameter screw conveyor with different flow rate and drived motor. We have fixed speed and variable speed augers for option.

GN Module Hydrovac Slurry Dewatering System for Overseas Client

Recently one complete set of module Hydrovac slurry dewatering system are ready for delivery.
There are totally five modules for the customized hydrovac slurry dewatering system:


Coarse screening module: GNLMP-1536 mining coarse separation screen is used to remove coarse solids from the construction slurry. The high screening efficiency and large treating capacity can ensure the further step treatment with better performance.


Fine screening module: Double deck fine screening shale shaker GNZS596K can separate fine solids from the construction slurry. The top layer screen work as coarse solids separation screen, the bottom layer screen works as fine solids separation screen, the max treating capacity is up to 140m3/h, compared with the single deck shale shaker, the double deck shale shaker can remove the fine solids better, and make the discharged solids drier.
Desanding & desiltering module: The mud cleaner is a combination of desander cone, desilter cone and bottom shale shaker. The desander cone separation cut point is 40 microns, the desilter cone separation cut point is 25 microns.


Centrifuge separation unit: The big bowl big volume decanter centrifuge GNLW553D-VFD is used to separate the ultra fine solids 5~10 microns by working with chemical doing unit, the mixed chemicals is prepared and transferred by the chemical dosing pump to static mixer, the fluids is feed by the feeding pump to the centrifuge feed tube, the chemicals adding is to increase the centrifuge separation performance and to make the discharged solids drier, which will be collected by waste collection box.
Chemical dosing unit: the 20ft containerized chemical dosing unit, including fully automatic polymer mixing, storage and injection to enhance dewatering. The container type chemical dosing unit is designed for convenient transportation, operation and for better protection.

3 Sets GNTBM-360 Slurry Separation Plant for Overseas Pipe Jacking Project

Recently 3 sets of GNTBM-360 slurry separation plant are shipping to overseas pipe jacking project.

The technical specification is as below:
The treating capacity is 360m3/h, separation cut point is 30μm, the effective tank volume is 24m3, total power is 164KW, the shipping dimension is L6058×W2438×H3115mm, it can be shipped by bulk cargo vessel, the gross weight is 23000 kgs. The GNTBM-360 Slurry Separation Plant consists of 2pcs of 16 inch desander cone, 8pcs of 6 inches desilter cone, with desander desilter feeding pump 75KW, the desander cleaner is GNZS1536-2A with lower deck screen area 5.4m2, upper deck screen area 5.4m2, the deck angle is±3 °.The mud tank size is same with 20ft container size, the equipments on top of the mud tank with lifting frame for convenient lifting and installation. The walkway and guardrail around the mud tank for convenient operation, the control panel is installed for easy operation for people stand on the ground.


The working process is as below:
The transfer pump feed the slurry to the double deck shale shaker lower deck through the coarse screening inlet pipe, to remove the coarse solids from the slurry. The built in #1 slurry pump transfer the slurry separated by coarse screening to desander cone, the clean mud flow out from the overflow port, the cuttings is discharged from the desander drop in apex, and fall on the upper deck of the double deck shale shaker to recover more useful fluids. The built in #2 slurry pump feed the clean mud to desilter cone, the clean fluids flows out from the desilter upper part, and overflows to the storage tank outside the system, which can be reused for the TBM machine. The solids particles will be dried and collected for disposal.

Drilling Mud Recycling Unit and Hydraulic Centrifuge for Overseas Client

Recently one set of 500 gpm mud recycling system for trenchless mud treatment and one set of diamond core drilling hydraulic drive solids removal unit for overseas client.
The 500 gpm mud recycling system consists of shale shaker, mud cleaner, desander feeding pump, desilter feeding pump, 20ft container size mud tank, 20ft container lifting frame, mud tank accessories and electric control system. It is a customized design 500gpm mud recycling system for our client, we also have standard 200gpm, 400gpm. 600gpm, 800gpm, 1000gpm mud recycling system for HDD mud cleaning, mixing, recycling.


The core drilling hydraulic centrifuge system is solids liquid separation of waste water for diamond core drilling. The features of the core drilling hydraulic centrifuge system including compact design, modular design, lightweight to meet the requirement for helicopter hoisting, can operate without electricity power supply. The technical configuration is as below:

The treatment process is as below:


The mud is pumped into the sedimentation bin of the buffer tank, so that the large particle sedimentation. After that, the mud overflow to the slurry supply bin of the feeding tank, the pumped by the #1 slurry pump to the hydraulic centrifuge for ultrafine solids separation. If without the sedimentation process, one unit of mini shale shaker will be used to separate the coarse solids from the mud. The mud treated by the hydraulic centrifuge flows into discharge tank and transferred to drilling machine by No.2 transfer pump, the treated clean water can be reused to prepare for new drilling fluids and used by the core drilling for cost saving.
