The mud cleaner is a desander, desilter, bottom shale shaker 3 in 1 equipment, model number is GNZJ594F-3S16N , it is customized designed for Offshore drilling company, the lifting frame is designed to meet CCS lifting certificate, it can meet the lifting requirement of offshore drilling platform.


GNZJ594F-3S16N mud cleaner is consist of 3ea of 10 inch desander cone, 16ea of 4 inch desilter cone, 4 panel screen shale shaker, the treating capacity is 1500gpm. The GNZS594J shale shaker installed 4pcs of shaker screen 585x1165mm, which is composite material frame shaker screen, and drived by 2ea of 1.72KW vibration motor which comply with ATEX explosion proof standard for offshore drilling. The electric control panel with stainless steel cabinet and comply with ATEX standard. The desander cone separation cut point is 45 microns, the desilter cone separation cut point is 20 microns. The bottom shaker screen area is 2.73m2, which will recycle more useful drilling fluids. The painting color is customized and the painting process is used after sand blasting thorough, the high pressure airless coating and the PPG brand marine used painting is utilized for better anti-corrosion performance.


The desander and desilter assembly mud cleaner is used after shale shaker, shale shaker is the first phase cleaning of drilling mud, desander cone is the second phase cleaning of drilling mud, desilter cone is the third phase cleaning of drilling mud, decanter centrifuge is the fourth phase cleaning of drilling mud, the good performance solids control equipments can reduce the drilling waste significantly, so that the drilling waste storage, treatment, delivery and disposal cost will be reduced accordingly, and also the recovered drilling mud can be reused to prepare for new drilling fluids which is environmental friendly.

GNZS594F-SHBF drilling fluids shale shaker with 4 panel shaker screen is the ideal model shale shaker for drilling fluids treatment. The shaker screen is durable composite material frame shaker screen, the shaker screen dimension is 585x1165mm, total screen area is 2.73m2, the vibration G force is up to 7.5G, the feeding method is back feeding box, the deck angle can be adjusted from -1° to +5°. The vibration motor and starter explosion proof standard can be CNEX, ATEX, IEC EX for option. The updated version shale shaker model is GNZS594J-SHBJ, which utilized updated version sealing rubber and damper spring, and shaker deck bottom use more strong square pipe for longer working life.
The mud cleaner GNZJ594F-3S16N with bottom shale shaker same with GNZS594F-SHBF shale shaker, with 3 ea of 10 inch desander cone and 16 ea of 4 inch desilter cone, the designed treating capacity is 1500gpm.
Solids Control Decanter centrifuge GNLW363D is the equipments to separate fine solids from drilling fluids. The desander cone separation cut point is 45 microns, the desilter cone separation cut point is 25 microns, the decanter centrifuge mechanical separation cut point is 2~5 microns as the 4th phase separation. It can be installed on top of mud tank with supporting leg and solids discharge trough.


The drilling fluids treated by decanter centrifuge dropped into the mud tank, which can be used to prepare for new drilling fluids with mixing hopper and mixing pump.

Mini Solids Pump and Mini shaker for South America Customer

Mini solids vacuum pump and mini shaker are ready for shipment to South America customer. The mini solids vacuum pump is designed convenient movable for flexible operation. There are automatic mode or manual mode for user’s selection. If automatic mode is selected, running the vacuum pump for several loops then set the timer according to the experience to fit the material condition, the running time can be adjusted and controlled by 2 pneumatic timers. If manual mode is selected, the user need to discharge empty the cavity manually. Before delivery, the timers are set at 10s suction and 10s discharge. If the cavity is full very quickly, just reduce the suction time. Conversely, longer the suction time.
The working procedure when manual mode is selected.

Connect to air supply and select manual mode.

Switch the knob to discharge position to empty the cavity.

Put suction inlet pipe into the material, switch the knob to suction position.

If cavity is almost full, switch the knob to discharge position again.
The mini vacuum pump can be used to transfer material with high solids content, and it can be used to transfer powder material such as sand, dust. It also can be used to clean fluids from drill floor, decks, pipe racks, mud rooms and drains, tanks and mud spill.


The mini shale shaker model number is GNZS752-DZ, the screen panel is 2pcs , and screen size is 750x900mm, screen area is 1.35m2, which is drived by 2ea 1.0KW vibration motor. The G force is adjustable and up to 7.5G, the deck angle is +2º. Polyurethane material screen or composite material frame shaker screen can be installed on the shale shaker. The mini shaker is widely used to separate solids from liquid by using different mesh size shaker screen.

Recently one batch of drilling waste treatment decanter centrifuge, OBM vertical cuttings dryer , drilling cuttings screw conveyor and feeding pump are ready for delivery to Middle East customer. The equipments list including:

The standard oil based drilling cuttings treatment system working process is that the screw conveyor will be installed along with solids control system shaker tank, to collect drilling cuttings from primary shale shaker, and transfer the drilling waste to solids discharge port and drop into another screw conveyor which is installed slantly and transfer to vertical cuttings dryer feed port. To separate the solids with oil water mixture fluids, the oil content on the cuttings will be below 10%, sometimes it is even below 5%, which can meet local disposal requirement. the screw pump will be as flushing pump of vertical cuttings dryer to avoid screen basket blocking by oil waste, the fluids will flow to intermediate tank and centrifuge feeding pump will feed the fluids to oilfield decanter centrifuge to separate fine solids from drilling fluids, which will flow back to mixing tank to prepare for new drilling fluids.


The client can produce mud tank locally or produce telescopic skid to install the decanter centrifuge and vertical cuttings dryer on top for convenient operation and discharge. The drilling waste management system can be applied for onshore drilling and offshore drilling with different explosion proof motor and control panel. Drilling Mud Solids Control Centrifuge for Africa clients

Recently one batch of drilling mud solids control decanter centrifuges are ready for shipment to Africa client. Drilling mud solids control decanter centrifuge produced by GN solids control has been widely used in over 70 countries in the world, the decanter centrifuge is installed after desilter or mud cleaner, there are 2 types decanter centrifuges can be used for drilling fluids treatment, including middle speed decanter centrifuge for barite recovery and high speed decanter centrifuge for low gravity solids separation. Sometimes the client will buy variable frequency drive decanter centrifuge which can be used as both middle speed decanter centrifuge and high speed decanter centrifuge. The decanter centrifuge can be also installed on a telescopic skid which is separated from solids control system to treat the drilling fluids, the treated clean fluids will flow back to mixing tank or reserve tank to prepare for new drilling fluids.

Submersible slurry pump or screw pump can be used as decanter centrifuge feeding pump, it will be decided by space of installation.
GN decanter centrifuge features are as below:

  1. The centrifuge main bowl is made of duplex stainless steel 2205 or 2304 by centrifugal casting which is better than SS304 or SS316L.
  2. The solids discharge port and mud distribution port is made from tungsten carbide inserts, the anti abrasion resistance will be better, and it is interchangeable.
  3. The screw inside the bowl is protected by interchangeable tungsten carbide tiles for longer working life and easy repair
  4. The screw is made of stainless steel with heat treatment, the open impeller design will improve the centrifuge capacity.
