Drilling Mud Recycling Unit and Hydraulic Centrifuge for Overseas Client

Recently one set of 500 gpm mud recycling system for trenchless mud treatment and one set of diamond core drilling hydraulic drive solids removal unit for overseas client.
The 500 gpm mud recycling system consists of shale shaker, mud cleaner, desander feeding pump, desilter feeding pump, 20ft container size mud tank, 20ft container lifting frame, mud tank accessories and electric control system. It is a customized design 500gpm mud recycling system for our client, we also have standard 200gpm, 400gpm. 600gpm, 800gpm, 1000gpm mud recycling system for HDD mud cleaning, mixing, recycling.


The core drilling hydraulic centrifuge system is solids liquid separation of waste water for diamond core drilling. The features of the core drilling hydraulic centrifuge system including compact design, modular design, lightweight to meet the requirement for helicopter hoisting, can operate without electricity power supply. The technical configuration is as below:
1. GNLW223D-FHD hydraulic centrifuge
2. Feeding and discharge pump: 2X FHD pump
3. Treating capacity: 50~130L/Min
4. Separation cut point: 2~5 Microns
5. Driving method：Diesel + Hydraulic drive
6. Mud tank volume： 2m3
7. Total power consumption: 40KW
8. Mixing hopper
The treatment process is as below:


The mud is pumped into the sedimentation bin of the buffer tank, so that the large particle sedimentation. After that, the mud overflow to the slurry supply bin of the feeding tank, the pumped by the #1 slurry pump to the hydraulic centrifuge for ultrafine solids separation. If without the sedimentation process, one unit of mini shale shaker will be used to separate the coarse solids from the mud. The mud treated by the hydraulic centrifuge flows into discharge tank and transferred to drilling machine by No.2 transfer pump, the treated clean water can be reused to prepare for new drilling fluids and used by the core drilling for cost saving.

3000HP Drilling Rig Solids Control System for Asia Drilling Company

Recently one set of 3000HP drilling rig solids control system are ready for delivery to Asia drilling company. The technical configuration is as below:
1. Trip tank 80bbl with liquid level meter, mud agitator, trip pump and pipelines
2. Shaker tank with triple shaker skid and possum belly, vacuum degasser, mud agitator, mud gun, desander feeding pump and desilter feeding pump, the shale shaker model is GNZS596K double deck shale shaker with 6 panel screen, each screen size is 585x1165mm composite material frame shaker screen, drived by 2ea 2.6HP vibration motor comply with ATEX zone 1 application.


3. Intermediate tank with mud cleaner, mud agitator, mud gun, the solids control decanter centrifuge and feeding pump with be provided by the client.
4. Suction tank 500bbl including mixing tank, suction tank, slug tank with mud agitator, mud gun


5. 4 sets of 500bbl reserve tank with mud agitator, mud gun
6. 2 sets of Water tank with water pump ,
7. Top open water tank
8. Pipelines provision of suction of mud from any of the reserve tanks with any of the mud pumps and with suitable facilities for transfer of mud from active to reserve tank or vice versa. Also, suction from intermediate tanks to mud pumps to be possible.
9. Separate pre-flush tank


10. Mixing hopper skid, including 3 sets of mixing pump, 2 sets of venturi hopper, 1 unit of shearing unit, with pipelines, control panel, accessories on one skid.

GN FHD decanter centrifuge can be used in high temperature for heavy duty mud with flexible bowl and differential speed. We can design and produce lifting frame and lifting pad which is comply with DNV 2.7/1 certificate to meet the offshore lifting requirement. ATEX explosion proof standard will be applied for class 1 div. 1 application. The hydraulic bowl and scroll drive system drives both the hydraulic motor ROTODIFF and the bowl of a decanter centrifuge from hydraulic pump unit by two hydraulic oil circuits. The bowl material is made of duplex stainless steel SS2304 from centrifugal casting, the screw material is stainless steel 304, and the screw propeller is protected by tungsten carbide tiles for longer working life.

GNZS752K Mini Shale Shaker for Brazil Company

Recently one batch of GNZS752K mini shale shaker are ready for shipment to Brazil company. The reference treating capacity is 200gpm, 2ea 1.0KW vibration motor drived the shale shaker, the G force is up to 7.5G, which is adjustable. The deck angle is +2°, it is not adjustable. The screen area is 1.35m2, installed 2pcs of composite material frame shaker screens. We can provide CNEX, ATEX, IEC EX explosion proof standard for option. We can offer both API RP13C standard shaker screen and slot screen to meet client’s different requirement. We have same model mini shale shakers widely used in Brazil for different applications.

4 sets of mud tanks with tank accessories, electric control system
Drilling fluids shale shaker: GNZS594K, 2 units , this is the updated model of GNZS594J shale shaker, equipped with 4 panel shaker screens, total screen area is up to 2.73m2, it is drived by 2ea of Italy Oil brand vibration motor, the vibration strength is up to 7.6G and it is adjustable, the deck angle is adjustable mechanically while operation. The shaker screen is also produced by GN solids control which is produced compliant with API RP13C standard.


Mud cleaner: 1 unit of GNZJ594K-2S12N, it is a combination of 2 ea desander cone, 12 ea desilter cone and GNZS594K bottom shale shaker, the treating capacity is 1000gpm.
Vacuum degasser: GNZCQ270, 1 unit
