GN Module Hydrovac Slurry Dewatering System for Overseas Client

Recently one complete set of module Hydrovac slurry dewatering system are ready for delivery.
There are totally five modules for the customized hydrovac slurry dewatering system:


Coarse screening module: GNLMP-1536 mining coarse separation screen is used to remove coarse solids from the construction slurry. The high screening efficiency and large treating capacity can ensure the further step treatment with better performance.


Fine screening module: Double deck fine screening shale shaker GNZS596K can separate fine solids from the construction slurry. The top layer screen work as coarse solids separation screen, the bottom layer screen works as fine solids separation screen, the max treating capacity is up to 140m3/h, compared with the single deck shale shaker, the double deck shale shaker can remove the fine solids better, and make the discharged solids drier.
Desanding & desiltering module: The mud cleaner is a combination of desander cone, desilter cone and bottom shale shaker. The desander cone separation cut point is 40 microns, the desilter cone separation cut point is 25 microns.


Centrifuge separation unit: The big bowl big volume decanter centrifuge GNLW553D-VFD is used to separate the ultra fine solids 5~10 microns by working with chemical doing unit, the mixed chemicals is prepared and transferred by the chemical dosing pump to static mixer, the fluids is feed by the feeding pump to the centrifuge feed tube, the chemicals adding is to increase the centrifuge separation performance and to make the discharged solids drier, which will be collected by waste collection box.
Chemical dosing unit: the 20ft containerized chemical dosing unit, including fully automatic polymer mixing, storage and injection to enhance dewatering. The container type chemical dosing unit is designed for convenient transportation, operation and for better protection.

Vertical Cuttings Dryer and Centrifuge Unit for Africa Waste Management Company

Recently one set of vertical cuttings dryer package and one set of decanter centrifuge unit with screw conveyors are ready for shipment to Africa drilling waste management company. The technical configuration of the customized drilling cuttings treatment system is as below:


1. GNCD930G vertical cuttings dryer with separate skid, the flushing pump is installed on the skid for flushing the screen basket during operation, we have 250 microns, 350 microns and 500 microns opening screen basket for option for client’s different requirement. Additionally, soft starter, VFD control is available for the main motor drive.


2. GNLW363D-VFD decanter centrifuge with feeding pump installed on the separate telescopic skid, the VFD control panel is also installed on the skid for convenient operation. The whole package is suitable for standard container loading when the telescopic skid lowered to the lowest hole. During transportation, the guardrail and walkway, stair can be foldable and attached with the skid for convenient transportation.
3. The screw conveyor is used to collect the drilling cuttings from primary solids control shale shaker, then transfer to vertical cuttings dryer; it can be also used to collect the discharged solids from vertical cuttings dryer and transfer to skips. The user can make the auger support at site according to the installation requirement.
If the drilling cuttings have been storage in the waste pit at rig site, the sludge vacuum pump can be used to suck the drilling waste from waste pit and feeding to vertical cuttings dryer, the horizontal transfer distance is up to 500 ~1000 meters, it is specially suitable for transferring drilling waste with high solids content and high viscosity. Except for drilling waste, it has been widely used for oil sludge transfer, industrial waste transfer, sand transfer and industrial waste transfer.

22inch big bowl decanter centrifuges unit for Kuwait Oil Sludge Treatment Company

The designed capacity is 500gpm, the typical capacity is 400gpm. The max bowl speed is 3000rpm, the typical bowl speed is 2500rpm, the max G force is 2719G, the typical G force is 1888G. The bowl speed and differential speed can be adjustable by VFD control panel operation.
The oil sludge is a mixture of oil, water, and solid contaminants that can result from oil spills, tank cleaning, or oil production processes. Proper treatment and disposal of oil sludge are critical to mitigate environmental damage and recover valuable resources.


GN oil sludge treatment system working process is as below:
The vacuum pump pick up the oil sludge or contaminated soil from waste pit and discharge to pre-mixing tank, by adding chemicals, heating and agitating in the pre-mixing tank to improve the separation efficiency of the further separation equipments. After screening module, the treated fluids will be feed to big bowl decanter centrifuge to separate to solids and liquids ( oil water mixture), working with chemical dosing unit and heating if need.

3 Phase Decanter Centrifuge for oil water separation to China ES Company

One unit of three phase decanter centrifuge is ready for delivery to China Environmental Science company for oil water separation.
The three phase decanter centrifuge working principal is as below:


The solids, oil and water with different gravity, so the generated centrifugal force is different. The solids with largest specific gravity will generate highest centrifugal force, the next is the heavy phase liquid ( water) and the light phase liquid (oil). Due to different centrifugal force, one solid layer and two liquid layer are formed. The solids to be pushed out by the screw, the liquids are separated out from their respective nozzles, the solids oil water separation can be achieved.


GN three phase decanter centrifuge is designed for oil water solids separation under 24 hours continuous working and easy operation & maintenance. The main components including centrifuge driving system, decanter bowl, screw inside the bow, centrifuge skid and VFD control panel.
The 3 phase decanter centrifuge is installed on the mud tank or on the telescopic skid with feeding pump, it has been widely used for oil sludge treatment system. The oil sludge can not be feed into the three phase decanter centrifuge directly, the sludge vacuum pump will pick up the oil sludge from waste pit to the pre-mixing tank, with chemical jetting, heating and agitating, the submersible slurry pump will suck from the pre-mixing tank to shale shaker module to separate the coarse solids and reduce solids content, the fluids discharged from shale shaker will be feed to two phase decanter centrifuge with proper chemicals for fine solids separation. The liquid treated by the 2 phase decanter centrifuge can be feed to three phase decanter centrifuge for oil water separation by adding proper chemicals.

High G Drying Shaker and Decanter Centrifuge for Oman Project

Recently one batch of high G drying shaker and decanter centrifuge are ready for shipment to Oman, including screw conveyor transfer hopper, high G drying shaker module, decanter centrifuge module. The technical configuration is as below:


1. High G drying shaker module, GNZS594J high G drying shaker installed on the mud tank, with screw conveyor transfer system to transfer the drilling cuttings automatically. Four panel composite material frame shaker screens with 2 or 3 layers of stainless steel wire mesh are installed on the shale shaker, the shaker screen is produced comply with API RP13C standard.


2. Decanter centrifuge module, GNLW363D decanter centrifuge installed on the mud tank, with screw conveyor transfer system to transfer the discharged solids to cuttings collection box automatically. Also we can provide variable frequency drive decanter centrifuge with better treatment performance.
Firstly the drilling cuttings are feeding to high G drying shaker to separate coarse solids and reduce the solids content, the fluids will drop into the mud tank under the high G drying shaker, the screw pump will feed the fluids to high speed decanter centrifuge to separate fine solids from the drilling fluids, the clean fluids will be recycled and back to solids control system to prepare for new drilling fluids, the drilling cuttings are transferred by the screw conveyor.
This system is customized designed for water based mud drilling cuttings treatment project in Oman, with electric control system and electric motor compliant with ATEX standard.
