Recently one unit of GNOST-05B Oil Sludge Treatment Package System are ready for shipment to Kazakhstan.
The system consists of 3 major modular as below:
- 20ft container size pre-mixing modular, including 1 unit of pre-mixing and heating mud tank with standard 20ft container size, 2 unit of GNJBQ110G mud agitator, submersible slurry pump GN50YZ20-18 as feeding pump to shale shaker modular, 1 set of liquid level meter, 1 set of electric control system, 1 sets of tank accessories, heating pipelines, handrails, 2 units of lightings.
- Coarse shaker modular to separate coarse solids from the oil sludge, to reduce the solids content and protect the further treatment equipment – decanter centrifuge. It includes oil sludge treatment shale shaker GNZS706F-DZ with spray system and sealing cover, heating tank, 2 units of mud agitator, screw pump (as decanter centrifuge feeding pump) with Static mixer, electric control system, liquid level meter, heating pipelines and tank accessories, lightings.
- 3 phase centrifuge separation modular , including VFD decanter centrifuge, three phase separation disc centrifuge, VFD feeding pump and flushing unit, solids discharge unit for 3 phase disc centrifuge, decanter centrifuge fluids collection tank and skid, mud agitator, liquid level control system, oil buffer tank, water buffer tank, electric control system, pipelines, handrails, explosion proof lightings. The disc centrifuge flushing unit include a flushing tank, a water pump, the function as operation water and flushing water. The solids discharge unit include a solids collection box, solids discharge pump and pipeline connected to shaker tank.
