Mineral Exploration Core Drilling Centrifuge Equipment for Europe Client

One batch of mineral exploration core drilling decanter centrifuge package are ready for shipment to Europe client.


The core drilling centrifuge GNLW223 is installed on top of fluids collection box, if the user can confirm the coarse solids has been separated out before feeding to the decanter centrifuge, they can feed the waste slurry to decanter centrifuge directly, the fine solids are separated out from decanter centrifuge, the fluids dropped into the collection tank which can be reused for drilling directly or mixed with chemical additives to be reused for drilling rig.


The 9 inch mini decanter centrifuge has been widely used for mineral exploration core drilling for water recovery. The purpose to use the core drilling decanter centrifuge is for environmental protection, more water recovery, less water consumption, less drilling cost, reduce cost for waste treatment. The model number is GNLW223D and GNLW224E-VFD, the max treating capacity for water is 130L/min, for slurry treating capacity, it is up to 100L/min. The bowl diameter is 9 inch (220mm), max bowl speed is up to 4500rpm, typical bowl speed is 3800rpm, max G force is 2492G, typical G force is 1777G, main motor power is 11KW, gearbox torque is 500 N.M. If VFD decanter centrifuge is required, for example, to use in high mountain condition, we can use a VFD control panel with the decanter centrifuge.
If the solids content is high and remained coarse solids in the waste slurry, a shale shaker is suggested to use before decanter centrifuge. GN designed solids removal unit including picking up pump, mini shale shaker, mini decanter centrifuge with feeding pump, mixing hopper with mixing pump, mud tank and control system. As per requirement, the generator can be installed on the tank skid.

3 Phase Decanter Centrifuge for oil sludge treatment

GN designed 3 phase decanter centrifuge is mainly used for oil sludge treatment, slop oil treatment and other solids liquid liquid three phase separation, which consists of driving system, bowl assy, collection box, screw conveyor, centrifuge skid and VFD control panel.


The working principal of three phase decanter centrifuge is as below:
The 3 phase separation is based on different specific gravity and the difference should be obvious, , the solids, oil and water with different specific gravity, it is the basic pre-condition for performance well. With different specific gravity, the centrifugal force is different. The solids phase with large specific gravity and largest centrifugal force, the heavy liquid phase water with smaller specific gravity and smaller centrifugal force, the light liquid phase oil with smallest specific gravity and smallest centrifugal force. The centrifugal force becomes less from outside to inside and formed a solids layer and two liquid layers. The screw propeller is pushing the solids to small end solids discharge port, the 2 phase liquids are removed from heavy liquid outlet and light liquid outlet.
The bowl is made of duplex stainless steel SS2205, the screw conveyor material is also duplex stainless steel SS2205. The solids discharge port and liquid distribution nozzle are all protected by tungsten carbide insert. The screw conveyor is protected by tungsten carbide tiles and it is repairable. The main motor, back drive motor and pump motor 3 VFD drive installed inside the VFD control cabinet for frequency adjustment.
A pre-treatment equipment should be used to ensure the feeding material with solids content less than 10% and solids particle size should be smaller than 2mm. The 3 phase decanter centrifuge will be installed on top of mud tank. A separate bearing lubrication system is adopted for big model 3 phase decanter centrifuge, which will improve the working life of bearing.

GNZS595J-SHBJ linear motion shale shaker is special designed for offshore drilling rig, which with 5pcs shaker screen panels, dimension 585x1165mm, composite material frame shaker screen, total screen area is 3.4m2, the shaker deck can be adjusted from -1º to +5 º. 2ea of vibration motor drived the shale shaker and produce adjustable G force up to 7.5G. The shaker dimension is 3578 x 2020 x 1439mm. The vibration motor and starter are comply with ATEX explosion proof standard. The aluminum alloy explosion proof starter with protection grade of IP 56 or above. The shaker screens are fixed by ratchet wrench for fast screen replacement. The wear resistant polyurethane rubber strip with good sealing effect and long working life.
The GNZJ594J-3S16N mud cleaner with 1500gpm treating capacity, which consists of 3ea of 10 inch desander cone, 16ea of 4 inch desilter cone and bottom shale shaker. The shaker screen dimension is same with shale shaker 585 x1165mm. The spill proof cover are installed on top of shale shaker to avoid mud spill.


Centrifugal pump is used to feed drilling fluids to desander cone and desilter cone, GN centrifugal pump with hard ductile iron alloy wear resistant material pump casing and impeller, and the bearing is SKF brand for reliable operation.The wide open vane impeller produce lower axial and improve bearing life. All spare parts are interchangeable with international brand centrifugal pump for easy replacement.

Waste Pit Cleaning Vacuum Pump and Centrifuge for Asia Client

One unit of waste pit cleaning vacuum pump and decanter centrifuge are ready for shipment to Asia client. The working process is that the solids vacuum pump suck the waste sludge from waste pit, and dilute it with water and agitating, then the slurry is feed to decanter centrifuge for dewatering process. The mechanical separation of decanter centrifuge cut point is 2~5 microns, with chemical dosing unit, the separation performance will be improved.


For the waste sludge which with high solids content and high viscosity, it can not be treated by decanter centrifuge directly due to the limit of centrifuge feeding tube. The solids content should be reduced by dilution the sludge by water in the mud mixing tank, if necessary, heating process should be applied to reduce the viscosity.
The vacuum pump main components including tank and base assembly, lifting frame, slurry pipe assembly, suction pipe assy, inlet pipe assy, intake pipe assy, control panel assy, knife gate valve, pneumatic bufferfly valve, air discharge pipe assy, etc. The user will prepare for suction hose and discharge hose according to their suction distance and discharge distance, and also need an air compressor for air supply to solids vacuum pump. Under automatic operation mode, the timer of suction and discharge can be set as per experience, the user can adjust it according to mud density, viscosity, suction and discharge distance.


The centrifuge feeding pump is installed on the mud mixing tank and feed the mixed slurry to decanter centrifuge, the progressive cavity pump is normally used as centrifuge feeding pump, for reliable operation and easily adjustment of feed rate, which can be controlled by decanter centrifuge VFD control panel.
