Last Month we shipped one unit of sludge vacuum pump to India for oil sludge transfer with capacity 40m3/h. This month the client repeat order again for a smaller flow rate 20m3/h vacuum pump, they need a smaller size vacuum pump.
When the client use the vacuum pump to transfer the oil sludge or tank bottom cleaning oil sludge, the real capacity will reduce according to different material. The higher density & viscosity of the material, the less transfer capacity it will produce.
The major components of a vacuum pump including:
1) Lifting frame
2) Vacuum tank and pedestal comnination
3) Air suction combination
4) Slurry suction pipe combination
5) Slurry discharge pipe combination
6) Air jet tube components
7) Air inlet pipe combination
8) Pressure pipe combination
9) Pneumatic control box
We will suggest the user to have one set of spare parts for their operation for convenient replacement once it is required.
What other accessories is required to operate the vacuum pump?
This is also the most common questions from our clients, they need to know the operation cost to use the sludge vacuum pump. There is pressure and air volume supply requirement for different model vacuum pump. Also the user need to prepare the strong enough suction pipe and discharge pipe with suitable length as per their own requirement. Our vacuum pump is 100% air operated pump without electricity power supply, the user need to prepare for suitable model air compressor. Before purchasing, we will send the question list to our client to judge if our vacuum pump can work for their project or not, especially for the suction depth/height, suction length and discharge distance.
GNSP-40B is the largest model we can produce right now, we can make customized design if the client need to put several units one one skid, the GNSP-20B, GNSP-10B vacuum pump is portable with compact design.
