Recently one set of deep well drilling rig mud tank system for coalfield geology are ready for delivery for China drilling company. The mud tank system consists of 4 sets of mud tanks, 1 set of shale shaker, 1 set of mud cleaner, 1 set of middle speed decanter centrifuge and pumps, mud agitators, mixing hopper, etc.


The shale shaker model is GNZS594, which is a 4 panel linear motion shale shaker as primary separation of the solids control system, installed 4ea of composite material frame shaker screens on the shaker, the vibration strength is adjustable and up to 7.5G, the deck angle can be adjustable synchronously from both sides during working manually. The total screen area is 2.73m2.


The mud cleaner GNZS594J-2S12N is a combination of desander cone, desilter cone and 4 panel bottom shale shaker, with the same dimension shaker screen with shale shaker.The desander cone and desilter cone acts as the second phase separation and the third phase separation of the solids control system. Two units of centrifugal pump are as feeding pump of the desander cone and desilter cone.
The 4 sets of customized designed mud tanks installed with proper quantities of mud agitator, mud gun, mixing hopper and mud tank accessories, electrical control system.


The middle speed decanter centrifuge GNLW452 acts as the fourth phase separation equipment of the solids control system, the separation cut point is 5~7 microns.

Solids Control Decanter Centrifuge unit for Europe Drilling Company

Recently one package of solids control decanter centrifuge unit are ready for delivery to Europe Drilling company. The decanter centrifuge unit consists of VFD decanter centrifuge, telescopic skid, feeding pump and other accessories, like hoses, valves, pipes, control panel, etc.


The decanter centrifuge is a 14 inch bowl variable frequency drive decanter centrifuge, with bowl length 50 inch, the max speed is up to 3900rpm with max G force 3063G. The bowl main material is duplex stainless steel 2304, the other components are made of stainless steel SS316L, the bearing is from SKF brand, the screw is made of stainless steel with tungsten carbide tiles for longer working life. The solids discharge port and fluids outlet are all protected by tungsten alloy which is interchangeable. The positive pressurized VFD control panel can be widely used for different drilling conditions, including high temperature area, cold area, etc. The VFD drive is from ABB, YASKAWA, the main components are from Omron, Siemens, Schneider, etc. brand for easy source of replacement.

Recently one set of track mounted mud recycling system are ready for delivery to Australia Customer. It is a mobile mud system for mud cleaning and recycling, processing capacity is 400gpm, the separation cut point is 15~20 microns. The features of the track mounted mud system is as below:

The mud cleaner GNZY754K-Y6N, with double deck shale shaker, the bottom layer shaker screen as coarse solids separation screen, the top layer shaker screen as mud cleaner separation screen, the top layer screen is 1.35m2, the bottom layer screen is 1.35m2. The mechanical deck angle adjustment range is -3° to +5° .The mud cleaner hydrocyclone is 6pcs of 4 inch. The track drive power is 18.5KW, the mud system power is 15KW, including submersible pump 11KW and mixing hopper. The total tank volume is 3200L. The recommend generator power is 48KVA.
The track mounted mud recycling system consists of the track system, hydraulic jacking legs, mud tank with double deck mud cleaner, generator, lightings, etc. The drilling mud after treatment will be transferred to buffer tank, the submersible slurry pump will transfer the recycled mud to drilling machine for reuse. The solids separated from the mud cleaning unit will be recycled and transported.

Double Deck shale shaker and cuttings dryer for Africa drilling company

One set of double deck shale shaker and one set of vertical cuttings dryer are ready for shipment to Africa for drilling cuttings treatment system.
The double deck shale shaker will be applied as high G force drying shaker to separate the coarse solids, it can be used for both water based drilling cuttings and oil based drilling cuttings. The anti splash cover on the top to prevent the drilling mud from splashing. The top layer and bottom layer total 6pcs shaker screens are composite material frame for longer working life and better separation performance.


The vertical cuttings dryer is ideal equipment to be used for oil based drilling cuttings treatment, after treatment, the oil content on the cuttings is below 5%, the fluids will flow to an intermediate tank, then feed the fluids to decanter centrifuge for further treatment, the fine solids will be separated out by decanter centrifuge, the fluids can be reused for drilling. Before treated by decanter centrifuge, the fluids can be treated by drying shaker to reduce solids content, it will increase the decanter centrifuge treating capacity and performance, also it can prevent the centrifuge bowl from damaged by the high solids content.

3 Phase Decanter Centrifuge for oil water separation to China ES Company

One unit of three phase decanter centrifuge is ready for delivery to China Environmental Science company for oil water separation.
The three phase decanter centrifuge working principal is as below:


The solids, oil and water with different gravity, so the generated centrifugal force is different. The solids with largest specific gravity will generate highest centrifugal force, the next is the heavy phase liquid ( water) and the light phase liquid (oil). Due to different centrifugal force, one solid layer and two liquid layer are formed. The solids to be pushed out by the screw, the liquids are separated out from their respective nozzles, the solids oil water separation can be achieved.


GN three phase decanter centrifuge is designed for oil water solids separation under 24 hours continuous working and easy operation & maintenance. The main components including centrifuge driving system, decanter bowl, screw inside the bow, centrifuge skid and VFD control panel.
The 3 phase decanter centrifuge is installed on the mud tank or on the telescopic skid with feeding pump, it has been widely used for oil sludge treatment system. The oil sludge can not be feed into the three phase decanter centrifuge directly, the sludge vacuum pump will pick up the oil sludge from waste pit to the pre-mixing tank, with chemical jetting, heating and agitating, the submersible slurry pump will suck from the pre-mixing tank to shale shaker module to separate the coarse solids and reduce solids content, the fluids discharged from shale shaker will be feed to two phase decanter centrifuge with proper chemicals for fine solids separation. The liquid treated by the 2 phase decanter centrifuge can be feed to three phase decanter centrifuge for oil water separation by adding proper chemicals.
