GN Module Hydrovac Slurry Dewatering System for Overseas Client

Recently one complete set of module Hydrovac slurry dewatering system are ready for delivery.
There are totally five modules for the customized hydrovac slurry dewatering system：


Coarse screening module: GNLMP-1536 mining coarse separation screen is used to remove coarse solids from the construction slurry. The high screening efficiency and large treating capacity can ensure the further step treatment with better performance.


Fine screening module: Double deck fine screening shale shaker GNZS596K can separate fine solids from the construction slurry. The top layer screen work as coarse solids separation screen, the bottom layer screen works as fine solids separation screen, the max treating capacity is up to 140m3/h, compared with the single deck shale shaker, the double deck shale shaker can remove the fine solids better, and make the discharged solids drier.
Desanding & desiltering module: The mud cleaner is a combination of desander cone, desilter cone and bottom shale shaker. The desander cone separation cut point is 40 microns, the desilter cone separation cut point is 25 microns.


Centrifuge separation unit: The big bowl big volume decanter centrifuge GNLW553D-VFD is used to separate the ultra fine solids 5~10 microns by working with chemical doing unit, the mixed chemicals is prepared and transferred by the chemical dosing pump to static mixer, the fluids is feed by the feeding pump to the centrifuge feed tube, the chemicals adding is to increase the centrifuge separation performance and to make the discharged solids drier, which will be collected by waste collection box.
Chemical dosing unit: the 20ft containerized chemical dosing unit, including fully automatic polymer mixing, storage and injection to enhance dewatering. The container type chemical dosing unit is designed for convenient transportation, operation and for better protection.

What products will be showed at CIPPE exhibition?
1. The 4th generation Fully Hydraulic Drive decanter centrifuge, GN produced fully hydraulic drive decanter centrifuge have been widely used for onshore and offshore drilling fluids treatment. GN FHD decanter centrifuge can be used in high temperature for heavy duty mud with flexible bowl and differential speed. We can design and produce lifting frame and lifting pad which is comply with DNV 2.7/1 certificate to meet the offshore lifting requirement. ATEX explosion proof standard will be applied for class 1 div. 1 application. The hydraulic bowl and scroll drive system drives both the hydraulic motor ROTODIFF and the bowl of a decanter centrifuge from hydraulic pump unit by two hydraulic oil circuits. The bowl material is made of duplex stainless steel SS2304 from centrifugal casting, the screw material is stainless steel 304, and the screw propeller is protected by tungsten carbide tiles for longer working life.

3 Sets 1500HP Drilling Rig Mud Tank System for Drilling Company

Recently 3 sets of 1500HP drilling rig mud tank system are ready for shipment to drilling company. Each set of 1500HP drilling rig mud tank system consists of the equipments list as below:


1. Trailer mounted Mud tank 7 sets in customized dimension, with mud tank accessories
2. 3 sets of GNZS594K 4 panel linear motion shale shaker, each shale shaker installed with 4pcs of 585x1165mm composite material frame shaker screens. The 3 sets shale shaker are installed on a triple shaker skid with box type possum belly for convenient transportation and lifting.
3. 1 set of GNZCQ270B vacuum degasser
4. 1 set of GNZJ752K-M2SK desander mud cleaner, installed with bottom shaker composite material shaker screens, which is same with desilter mud cleaner shaker screen for inventory.
5. 1 set of GNZJ752K-M12NK desilter mud cleaner, the treating capacity is 1000gpm.

GNMS-1000 HDD Mud Cleaning System for overseas Client

Recently one set of 1000gpm HDD mud cleaning system are ready for shipment to overseas client. The GNMS-1000D HDD mud cleaning system is a three phase cleaning mud recycling system consists of the components as below:


1. Mud cleaning tank 1 set with mud agitator, tank accessories and electric control system
2. 2ea Shale shaker, 1 ea 1000gpm mud cleaner, the shale shaker works as the primary phase cleaning equipment, the desander cone is as the second phase cleaning equipment and the desilter cone is as the third phase cleaning equipment, the mud cleaner is a 3 in 1 cleaning equipment combined with desander cone, desilter cone and bottom shale shaker. The separation cut point from desilter cone is 20 microns.
3. Mud mixing tank 1 set with tank accessories and electric control system, mud agitators, pumps
4. Jet mixing system, including venture mixing hopper, mud mixing pump, pipelines and accessories are installed on the mud mixing tank skid.
