GNTBM-320 TBM Slurry Separation Plant for China Client

Recently one set of GNTBM-320 TBM Slurry Separation Plant are ready for delivery to China client. The technical parameter is as below:
1. Total power :67KW
2. General treating capacity; 320m3/h (excluding clay layer usage conditions)


3. Basic structure, consists of double deck linear motion shale shaker, hydrocyclones, 55KW slurry pump, 24m3 treatment tank, electric control system, guardrails, pipelines, etc.
The double deck shale shaker with screening area total 8.64m2, the top layer screen opening is 0.5mm, the bottom layer screen opening is 3mm. The vibration motor drived the shale shaker is 2ea of 6KW, with frequency 16HZ. The hydrocyclone installed on top of the double deck shale shaker material is polyurethane inside, outside covered with casting steel, the single cone capacity is 80~180m3/h, the pressure required is 0.06 ~0.2Mpa.

5. The equipment can adapt to weather conditions containing 5% sand and dust, as well as rain, snow, fog, etc.Suitable for long distance transportation such as highway, railway, and sea freight, meeting the requirements of crane loading and unloading, and suitable for frequently movement and installation, and it is corrosion and leakage prevention.
6. The TBM slurry separation plant can meet the requirement of pipe jacking construction process.
7. The system design separation cut point is 30 microns, the solids over 30μm can be separated out by the hydrocyclone separation.
The function of the TBM slurry separation system is to pump the drilling mud to the buffer tank of the shale shaker, after separation, the coarse solids are separated out from the shale shaker, the fine solids dropped into the mud tank with the liquids.

Workover Drilling Rig Mud Tank System for Africa

Recently one set of workover drilling rig mud tank system are ready for delivery to Africa. The technical configuration is as below:
1. 2 units of GNZS594J-SHBJ 4 panel shale shaker with possum belly flow divider, 4 pcs of composite material frame shaker screen are installed on the shale shaker, as the primary separation equipment of the workover drilling rig mud tank system.


2. 1 unit of GNZCQ-270B vacuum degasser, self contained, no need extra jet pump. The vacuum degasser is suitable for various mud recycling system to separate gas from mud, the purpose is to remain the specific gravity and mud viscosity, also to protect the centrifugal pump from damaged from gas cut mud. Under the atmospheric pressure, the mud enters the rotor hollow shaft through the suction pipe and ejected towards the tank wall through the windows around the hollow shaft. Due to collision and the action of the separation wheel, a thin layer of drilling fluid is formed, causing the bubbles immersed in the mud to break and the gas to escape. Through the suction of the vacuum pump and the separation of the gas water separator, the gas is discharged to a safe area through the exhaust pipe, and the mud is discharged from the mud outlet by the centrifugal force generated by the impeller driven by main motor.

One set of oil sludge treatment system ready for delivery to South America

Recently one set of oil sludge treatment system are ready for delivery to South America client. This is a customized 2 phase separation oil sludge treatment system for client’s project.
The technical configuration is as below:
1. The first mud tank work as dilution liquid storage tank and coarse solids separation module with double deck high G drying shaker with spray system and closed cover to prevent oil sludge splashing, the continuous spraying with dilution liquid will reduce the shaker screen blinding by the high viscosity oil sludge. A submersible slurry pump is used to transfer the dilution liquid to high G drying shaker, decanter centrifuge flushing line, decanter centrifuge dilution line.

The electric steam generator provide hot steam to the heating lines around the mud tank to heat the oil sludge
2. The second mud tank acts as a centrifuge separation module with 2 phase decanter centrifuge or 3 phase decanter centrifuge, by using the 2 phase decanter centrifuge, the solids and oil water mixture fluids will be separated, the fluids will drop into the mud tank and transfer to truck wagons by submersible slurry pump, the solids will be sent to disposal, working with proper chemicals, which will increase the treatment efficiency and get better treatment result.


When 3 phase decanter centrifuge is used, the oil, water and solids are separated out, the oil and water will flow to 2 different compartment as oil storage tank and water storage tank, the water can be recycled in the treatment system, the oil can be sent to the user, the solids will be sent to disposal.
3. The vacuum pump will pick up the oil sludge from the waste pit to the screening module with a buffer box to reduce the pressure.
4. Chemical dosing unit and air compressor, electric heater will be prepared by the user.

Mud Recycling Unit for overseas Trenchless Projects

Recently several sets of mud recycling system are ready for shipment to overseas trenchless projects.


The trenchless mud recycling system is a specialized equipment setup used in horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and other trenchless technologies. Its primary function is to clean drilling fluids (commonly known as mud) during the drilling process. The purpose is to use the trenchless mud recycling system is that the recycling drilling fluids can be used to lubricate the drill bit, stabilize the borehole, and carry cuttings back to the surface. These fluids need to be constantly circulated and maintained to ensure efficient drilling and environmental compliance.


Environmental Benefits: Recycling systems help minimize waste and reduce the environmental impact of HDD operations by reusing drilling fluids.
Operational Efficiency: By continuously recycling and maintaining drilling fluids, these systems contribute to the efficiency of trenchless drilling operations, reducing downtime associated with replacing fluids and improving overall productivity.
The basic configuration of a mud recycling system is consists of primary shale shaker, mud cleaner, feeding pump, centrifugal pump, mud agitator, decanter centrifuge, mud tank, etc.


The compact design mud cleaning unit consists of double deck shale shaker with hydrocyclones, the bottom layer shaker screen works as primary shale shaker to separate coarse solids from the drilling mud, the clean fluids dropped into the intermediate tank, the feeding pump feed the mud to hydrocyclones for second phase cleaning, the top layer shaker screen as mud cleaning drying screen to recycle more fluids. The clean fluids flow to client’s storage tank or mixing tank to prepare for new drilling fluids.
The hydrocyclone size is for optional for different applications, for TBM and Pilings, 10 inch, 12 inch or 20 inch can be selected; for HDD applications, 10 inch, 4 inch can be used. For more information, pls contact with GN solids sales.

 

1500HP Drilling Rig Solids Control System for Africa Project

Recently one package of 1500HP drilling rig solids control system are ready for delivery to Africa project. The technical configuration is as below:


1. Solids control shale shaker GNZS594J-SHBJ, 3 units, each unit with 4 panel shaker screen which is with composite material frame and stainless steel wire mesh 2 or 3 layers by 4 sides pretension.
2. Centrifugal degasser GNZCQ-1200, 1 unit
3. Desander unit GNZJ591J-M2SF, 1 unit , with 2 ea of 10 inch desander cone, the general treating capacity is up to 1000gpm of drilling fluids.
4. Desilter unit GNZJ591J-M16NF, 1 unit, with 16 ea of 4 inch desilter cone, the total treating capacity is up to 1500gpm of drilling mud.


5. Centrifugal pump in different size for different applications, including 5 units of GNSB8x6-14J (75KW) centrifugal pump, 3 units of GNSB8x6-13J (55KW) centrifugal pump, 5 units of GNSB4x3-12J (15KW) centrifugal pump and shear pump GNJBQ6*5-750 (75KW), 3 units of mixing hopper (H)JM-200, these centrifugal pump can be used as transfer pump, trip pump, mixing pump, charging pump, feeding pump.


6. High speed decanter centrifuge GNLW363D-GP, 1 unit, to separate the fine solids from drilling fluids and keep it balancing. The centrifuge is 14 inch bowl diameter with 50 inch bowl length, the max speed is up to 3600rpm and the max G force is 3063G, the separation cut point is 2~ 5microns, if need to separate more fine solids, chemical dosing unit can be used together with the centrifuge by adding chemicals in the inlet tube.
7. Mud agitators installed on the mud tank for drilling mud agitating and mixing, including 7 units of 20HP mud agitator, 2 units of 15HP mud agitator, 1 unit of 7.5HP mud agitator.
