The U-type screw conveyor produced by GN solids control is with standard each section 12 feet, we can produce 10 inch ,12 inch, 14 inch, 16 inch and 18 inch screw diameter, the top cover is optional with steel gratings and closed plate according to client’s requirement, with reinforcing beam for gearmotor and auger body, for long lifetime. With additional safety features: Full Length Safety Grab Wires along the auger; The local control panel including the control for Grap wire switch; Audio / visual alarm system on auger control panel.
By introducing large CNC laser plate cutting machine, large CNC laser pipe and profile cutting machine,mud tank corrugated plate automatic forming machine,CNC bending machine and robotic welding production line, GN solids control can produce high strength, good performance mud tanks with lower production cost.
